I also faced challenges with parking and noise issues at night.

The front desk staff seemed indifferent when I raised these issues, which diminished the experience overall. Additionally, the lobby restrooms were frequently out of service for extended periods, adding to my dissatisfaction.

My kids wished for a pool area that was better supervised with lifeguards to enhance safety. It would also be great if the hotel provided more shuttle services to attractions for families with kids.

We enjoyed our balcony room with stunning city views. The rooftop restaurant offered a perfect spot to unwind. Check out the cozy atmosphere at the evening reception! Beware of lingering smoke in the hallways from nearby rooms. Breakfast could be improved with fresher options.

The large suite offered a comfortable bed, a completely separate sitting area with a foldout couch, and two TVs. The views from the balcony of the river and Main Street were stunning. Breakfast was a highlight with a vast selection, including made-to-order omelets prepared with precision by a meticulous chef.

All vending machines were either empty or out of order during my stay.
